Sober Living

Sober Living
When in recovery it is important to build an environment for yourself that makes it more difficult to risk relapse. A sober living community can enable continuous support and provide the opportunity to practice with newly learned tools and skills for becoming self-reliant. A sober living community provides a key to long-term sobriety and pads the foundation you’ve build for yourself in rehabilitation: connection to your peers. It’s important to understand that you do not have to struggle alone.

Studies have shown that dysfunctional home environments can derail recovery efforts and even contribute to alcohol or drug abuse. A sober living home is one form of a safe living arrangement that lends itself to the recovery of all residents. ARC provides assistance to find the proper living situation for all of our peers.
